Dersim’de, 4 meclis üyesi ve 2 muhtarın mazbatası iptal edildi

Dersim Belediyesi'nde HDP ve TKP'den seçilen 4 meclis üyesi ile 2 muhtarın mazbataları, Kanun Hükmünde Kararname (KHK) ile görevlerinden ihraç edildikleri sebebiyle Yüksek Seçim Kurulu'nca (YSK) iptal edildi.
YSK tarafından 31 Mart Mahalli İdareler Genel Seçimleri'nde Dersim Belediye meclis üyeliğine seçilen HDP'li Hıdır Demir, Özcan Ateş ve Metin Kılıç ile TKP'li Candan Badem ve merkez Meşeyolu köyünün muhtarı Hakkı Suvan ile Ovacık ilçesinin Gözeler köyü muhtarı Turgay Bilge'nin mazbataları, KHK ile ihraç edildikleri gerekçesiyle iptal edildi.
