Yargıtay Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı iddianameyi Anayasa Mahkemesine gönderdi.
Yargıtay Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı, HDP'nin kapatılması istemiyle yeniden dava açtı. İddianame, Anayasa Mahkemesi'ne gönderildi. Yargıtay Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığının HDP'nin kapatılması istemli yaklaşık 850 sayfalık iddianamesinde, yaklaşık 500 partili hakkında siyasi yasak istendi.
